Her program called the NEST… Her blogs are great and really helped me a lot when I got started on my Keto journey.

She states that if you understand keto and can follow it, you don’t need her program. It is for those that still binge eat on keto foods.

I get all I need to know from here, a few other keto websites, and her blogs that are free.
