Goint to attempt first 2 wk fast

Fasting is fantastic! My journey into this was 36 hr, 3 day, 5.5 day, 7 day, 3.5 day, and now starting a 2 wk water/tea only fast Friday, March 2.
I am feasting right now in preparation for this, my longest fast attempt. Going by my experience in past fasts - I think this will be just fine - hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
Only question is multivitamins - I dont normally take them - but thinking that maybe I should?
Opinions?

I don’t think it would hurt. If u want to take one than do it. Good luck on 2 weeks. That’s awsome.

Target day to break fast - St. Patrick’s day - Maybe I will break it with corned beef and cabbage!

Killer I’m jelouse that corned beef and cabbage will be the best you’ve ever had. Keep me updated man. Really interested because I already do IF but looking forward to extended fasting once I’m deeper in keto and fat adapted.

Just be aware that the multi-vitamin might irritate the digestive track.

It didn’t :rofl: I went 2 days and ate, then I went 2 days again, and ate, then I tried to launch 4 days in a row, but had dinner each day. blizzard, power out, living off generator, whatever the excuse, it wasnt happening. So I am now on day 2 of my 6th attempt :crossed_fingers:
I did count - I have fasted 28 of the last 74 days - so the Fung Force is strong with me.
Now I gotta figure out my next 14 day window. As Fung & Ramos say - make the fast fit your schedule.

Well you did good. 2 day fasts are awesome. Add one more day and you are at the peak of the human growth hormone. At the very least your flexing your fasting muscle. I’ve never done more than a 24 hour and seeing what your aspiring to inspires me. Once I’m fat adapted I’ll go with you on a fast. I’m looking forward to it.

Made some fathead pizza, chicken wings fried in lard and some Keto meatball parmigiana for the family last night - so was tempted enough to break my fast at 36 hours. Oh well!
Started a 5.5 day this morning. Then feasting till end of March. Going to start a 2 weeker again on April1 - no foolin’ this time…:grinning:

I did my first 5-day fast last week. Would like to do a 7-day in April. Maybe I’ll join you for the first half of your fast.
