Getting more liver in my diet

I got into eating liver when I moved to North Carolina and discovered liver mush and liver pudding. The most popular brand, Neese’s, has 6g net carbs per serving but I found a South Carolina brand called Harvin’s that has 1g per serving, I usually pick some up when I’m passing through Columbia. Also Harvin’s uses rice instead of cornmeal and cereal as a filler.
