Getting 1st Blood Panel Since Starting Keto 5 Months Ago

Hello all!
This is my first post on this forum, sorry if I do it wrong.

I have my first doctors appointment, since starting Keto 5 months ago) this Friday and have asked to have my blood work done. I know from listening to the 2KD podcast to ask for a HBA1C, but what specific cholesterol labs do I need to ask for. Is there a list on this forum somewhere that I can take with me to my appointment?
Any advise you have would be immensely appreciated!
