Yes. That is what it’s called.

It is salty and umami and delicious. I softened the butter and combined it in the food processor. I used crushed pork rinds instead of bread crumbs. It gives it a nice texture, but I suppose you could omit them if you want a smoother paste.

You could just use anchovy paste to make it even easier!

I considered that! I kinda liked the idea of having it with a little chunkier texture. And to be honest it processed so easily that it was not a hassle at all. Also, I now have anchovy infused olive oil.
