Salty…garlic…goodness…
It came out well…tastes much like roasted garlic (no suprise). I am making some zoodles later and I am thinking this will be an awesome awesome mix in. I think it would be amazing on just about any meat or vegetable really. Definitely would do again. That being said, I would just buy the peeled cloves - I made extra for friends and peeling all that garlic was not fun. I have seen the two bowl method for peeling but it did not work for me, not sure why.

Sounds awesome! Just be sure to count the carbs - garlic has carbs.
