Gained back 18 of 40 lost

Started keto 2 years ago. Lost about 40-50lbs, but in the last few weeks I’ve gained back almost 20lbs.

I don’t know why, it’s been pretty easy to stay keto. I traveled a lot back then, traveling a lot now.

So I’m back on officially as of today. Had a keto coffee, a ketoned bodies meal (gyro boats) and some cheese crisps with pâte and cheese dip. Also just a piece of 90% dark chocolate.

Traveling again tomorrow for the next week and a half. It helps me to come on here. I haven’t logged on in a while. Maybe that’s part of the issue. Appreciate the support, and good luck to everyone else!

You might search for the trucker topic of you need some travel food ideas. We live on the road so, travel food is our primary fuel.

Still at it today. Up at 5am and still awake at 1am. I may have eaten too much but it was all keto. Thinking about maybe doing some zero carb stuff this week. I find it really hard to fast when I’m traveling.
