Started keto 2 years ago. Lost about 40-50lbs, but in the last few weeks I’ve gained back almost 20lbs.
I don’t know why, it’s been pretty easy to stay keto. I traveled a lot back then, traveling a lot now.
So I’m back on officially as of today. Had a keto coffee, a ketoned bodies meal (gyro boats) and some cheese crisps with pâte and cheese dip. Also just a piece of 90% dark chocolate.
Traveling again tomorrow for the next week and a half. It helps me to come on here. I haven’t logged on in a while. Maybe that’s part of the issue. Appreciate the support, and good luck to everyone else!
