1/2 cup grassfed butter, softened
1/2 cup Neufchâtel cheese, softened
1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
1/4 cup almond/cashew milk(or heavy cream!)
3 Tablespoons Hershey’s Special Dark cacao powder
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Stevia to taste.

Mix with immersion blender (or hand mixer might be easier) until smooth.
Stir in 1/2 cup walnuts.
Spread into container to 1/2 inch thick. Refrigerate until set. Cut into 12 pieces.
Approximately 15 grams fat and less than 1 gram carbohydrate each.

This looks great! Did you find the cheese at a normal grocery store?

I believe I used this type of cream cheese because it was all I had at the time. Regular cream cheese will work just fine (more fat too!!) Philadelphia brand has the lowest carbohydrate if you can get it.
