Hi!
I made this this evening. It was delicious. The only problem was that my sauce split a bit but I think I was a bit heavy handed with the lemon juice!
I will definitely do it again.

I used to always eat Pollock in cream sauce, but very quickly it stopped being delicious. Now I cook only red fish in its own juice, or with the addition of various seasonings for taste. A good alternative to meat.
