I just started my first 72 hour fast. I’ve been doing Keto for 3 months and are adapted. Been doing 16/8 IF for a while and felt like mixing things up a bit.
Here is what I’m taking and planning to do during this time:-

Supplements: Multivitamin, Fish Oil, B12 Complex, Vit C, Potassium/Magnesium

Bullet Proof Coffee (with Brain Octane MCT), Herbal Tea, Water (with salt/ACV/Lemon)

Got freshly made Bone Broth as a backup, just in case.
