The easiest way is to post a request to meet other forum members in your area in the category “Meatups” under “Community”. This forum has helped numerous Keto groups to be formed all over the world.

Personally I would love face to face chats.

I find great support in meeting other Ketonians in person and found a great group in my area by going to “meetup.com”. Several members of the group are also active members of this forum.
