In an oversized coffee cup or bun-sized
dish, mix 1/4 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 tbsp flax meal, 1 tbsp
coconut flour, 1 egg, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup.
Pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes and slice in half…a bun that tastes positively “bready”, holds up to a big burger, fried eggs and sausage, pulled pork…anything you slap on it! Heaven!
