i have to share this, because it turned out hilarous!
my butch ran out of rind, so i grabed a pork filet.
300gr filet (rind/pork)
150gr ground cheese
seasoning
grill the filet, here in a spoon of oliv oil and one habanero:
put it aside, and let it rest. in the meanwhile put the cheese into the pan. here with a bit of oregano:
while the cheese is melting, cut the meat in small slices and season with salt:
put all together
wrap it (i need bigger pan next time ):
and enjoy
