Fiber Mix

Hi, everyone. Just wanted to share a fiber/superfoods blend I have been using for years. I add this to my scrambled eggs and salads. Yummy. Lots of nutrition here with the big variety of food sources.

Full recipe:

Full container of Bragg Nutritional Yeast Seasoning
6 oz. Yerba Prima Psyllium Whole Husks (1/2 can)
Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts (1 package - 7 oz)
6 oz Full Circle Market Organic Chia Seed (1/2 package)
12 oz Spectrum Essentials Ground Flaxseed (1/2 package)

Just mix the full recipe up in a big bowl. I freeze the vast majority. I measure out about 25g for one serving – in eggs, salads, or whatever. 9.5g carbs with 8g being fiber.
