Meat Free Fridays? Nahhhhh…even though it would be appropriate for those following practices of lent. Instead of taking away, I’m starting a daily walking routine as of today.
Decided to end my fast at 120 hours, 5 full days, last night. Shocked that my body did not respond negatively in the least to adding back in food after 5 days. And, I ate modestly without that feeling I needed to raid the food stores.
I recorded modest losses (more detail on my accountability thread) on the Clark Protocol. The main NSV was the confidence I gained. I’ll be doing IF ongoing, and as Mame has pointed out, most of us do that kinda auto like. I may do the Zorn fast in March or celebrate the spring equinox with a 3 day fast, but otherwise going to Keep Calm and Keto On! Here’s to the March thread I hope someone starts tomorrow
