Ending a 100 hour fast tonight, which is longer than my previous longest fast of 70 hours! I realize that’s not much to some people but it seemed really long to me.
And this is the first time I’ve ever seen less than 50% fat! I realize this isn’t 100% accurate but it’s still really exciting and motivating! This is my last weigh-in during my fast since I’ll be breaking it tonight. On Monday morning my weight was 274, so I’ve lost 7 lbs even.
During my 3 day fast two weeks ago I went from 272 to 265.6, so that was 6.4 lbs lost, which I gained back last week (which was during my period, so I’m really not too surprised by that, I was probably also eating too much. ) Really hoping I can keep most of this 7 lbs off and get the scale moving downward again!
I’ve been between 265-275 since the beginning of February! (My starting weight in December 2015 was 402.)
