Favorite YouTube Keto channels

(Melissa ) #1

Me again! Just wondering if you all could hook me up with your favorite keto YouTube channels to listen to. I love listening while I’m getting things done around my house! Thanks so much!

I agree. I like KetoConnect and the Headbanger’s Kitchen for recipe videos. I have also recently discovered The Keto Chef on YouTube.

Edit: Cooking Keto with Kristie and Highfalutin’ Low Carb.

If you’re a bit nerdy (like me) look for anything by Dr Ben Bikman. Valid research, presented by a great teacher.

I also like Ben Bikman. Also Dr Eric Westman. Also lots of good videos from Breckenridge and Keto Down Under. Also the Q and A sessions from these.

I also prefer videos from the last year or two because I don’t want to get stale information.

The Low Carb Down Under channel has lots of great lectures on video. They do regular conferences all over Australia and in Breckenridge, Colorado. Dr, Robert Lustig has several videos on various channels. “Sugar: the Bitter Truth” is his basic lecture about how sugar and refined carbohydrates have caused the obesity and diabetes epidemic, a lecture he’s given many times, and most of which are on YouTube. But he also has a follow-on lecture with some newer science, so see if you can catch both. He also has some other good stuff floating around. Dr. Peter Attia and Gary Taubes give a lot of lectures, some of which are repeats of the same material, but many of which are new and different. Also look for lectures by Nina Teicholz and Zoë Harcombe, which are usually both entertaining and very informative. Other names to look for are Jeff Volek, Eric Westman, Michael and Mary Dan Eades, Gary and Belinda Fettke, Jeffrey Gerber, Georgia Ede, Ivor Cummins, Dave Feldman, Troy Stapleton, Megan Ramos, Dr. Jason Fung. That’s surely enough to keep you busy for a while! :bacon:

My faves are Dr Adam Nally and Jason Wittrock.
