Made these tonight and had a terrible time getting them off of the parchment paper that they were rolled out on onto the fresh parchment for the oven. Getting the dough thin enough seemed to make the squares impossible to remove from the parchment. Help please.

I leave the rolled out dough on the parchment I rolled it on. Just cut with a pizza cutter and bake. They should break or tear easily.

That sounds logical but I didn’t know if it would work. Excellent! Will try that next time.

I do the same. I also don’t score them till they come out of the oven. If you do it as soon as they come out of the oven works great.

Had the same problem, I switched to a silicon baking mat (still need to coat it with olive oil).
