I came across this video by a wonderfully random coincidence. My first thought was “This is totally Keto!”

I think everything but the sugar cure they dry rub the flesh of the pork belly with is keto. :slight_smile:

I just made pork belly for the first time and was watching YouTube videos to get recipes and this video popped up. She does a lot of awesome videos. This looks amazing
