Last night I wanted to double the recipe so I could divide it into 4 small pizza sizes and freeze 3 of them. When I got to the part about adding an egg, I decided to only add one egg for an otherwise doubled recipe. So it essentially was a hybrid of the original recipe and Carl’s. It was great and I have 3 in the freezer. Win win.

I was wondering if you could make some ahead of time and freeze them…do they freeze well? how long do they stay in the freezer?

Yes when you freeze them do you freeze the dough? The pizza crust without topping or exactly as you would eat it?
