I am looking to try zero carb. I plan to do just meat and a little dairy or just meat and water of course. Can I still fast or is it recommended while doing zero carb? I am looking to eat maybe 1 big meal a day. I would love any advice or tips from anyone, who I am sure, is far more knowledgeable than I am.
