Fasting and its effects on my stall

Hi all,

Just though to take a moment to share… I have been on a stall for about 4 weeks now (7 months keto) and decided to give a fast a go.

At first the thought was rather intimidating! Did some research and ensured to take my electrolytes and have some salt on hand, which I place under my tongue very few hours.

3 days is my target, day 1 no change, day 2 massive change with almost 4 pounds down, one more day to go but the results are looking promising!

Once fat adapted it really is not as scary as you would think and its only mind over matter when dealing with the ghrelin monster!

Well done, just remember, after a fast about half will come back.

Now that you can do fasting, try doing intermittent fasting several days a week, then do a 36-42 hr. at least once a week. Mixing it up gives a better result for most of us than following only one protocol.
