Fasting and Carnivore

#81

I can relate to the last comments. If my food (be it very simple, no tricks, no spices) isn’t tempting, maybe I still need food if I don’t want to bother with eating in the near future but I am not really hungry at the moment. I lose my interest very quickly when I get satiated.
If I eat other things, not just my proper, satiating food, that may cause a mess.
I am quite sure it’s the problem of many people. They eat too many things, they think it’s what they must do but it causes problems, often quite big ones, they get signs they try to solve with other and very often not right food, even the somewhat knowledgeable and health-conscious ones. It’s quite sad.

I used to cook different dishes with lots of spices and ingredients. Now I make very simple food. Today, I’ve had beef and pork belly. I might go eat a couple of egg yolks or some raw suet if the last of my roast doesn’t make me feel done.
It’s so much easier and more satisfying to eat simple.
