Fast before exercise

So I work weekend at a job that would be considered non-stop moderate aerobic activity for about 8-11 hours non-stop except for lunch break. In an attempt to burn fat would it be beneficial to fast all day then work on an empty stomach too cause more body fat to be burned or should I just eat regular?

I’ll watch after work. All I know is my macros are good, calories are good etc and I’m stuck. Funny, in high school I would have killed to put on 5 pounds now I’m mad because I can’t lose it. 173lbs at about 12% body fat. Shouldn’t be complaining but I got goals.
