I’m still slowly introducing myself to IF with the possibility of an EF. I’m planning on feasting today and tomorrow doing an OMAD or nothing. I play full court basketball on thursday nights and was planning on doing this after not eating all day and then either eating dinner or continuing the fast. Is this a good idea to try? Worst case scenario would be leaving basketball early. I’ve heard a lot about working out while being fasted being beneficial and positive experience. Thanks for any input

It’s a definite maybe.
You’re either going to zoom around without tiring or you are going to be tanked. It all depends on how efficient your body is at using fat for energy. The worse thing that is going to happen is that you will be worn out when it’s over but you will sleep very well.
If you have been doing keto for less than six weeks, my guess is that you might be a little zonked afterward but you should recover very quickly.
