There is a salad from the restaurant called Piada that I ADORE. Its called the Farmer’s Market Salad and its quite delicious! The only problem is that it includes candied pecans and corn.
I decided to make it my own and further ketoify it! I hope you enjoy!
Farmers Market Salad:
Spring Mix salad greens
1 oz Pecans
1 oz Feta Cheese
Fresh sliced strawberries
1/2 Avacado
3 oz chicken breast
Miss Simon’s Homemade Vinaigrette:
(For a single serving)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Few drops of Stevia
Pinch of salt
PS. This salad is usually served with a lemon basil vinaigrette which is just as easy to make however I didnt have basil on hand so I made my own.
