Thoughts on these “scientist”
Fake news?
Furthermore with the knowledge that “Ketogenic diet” is high on the list for google searches, anything with Ketogenic in it is bound to drive traffic, and a debunked video will drive views which will drive revenue… video click bate…
TL;DR Don’t go on a historical ketogenic diet designed a century ago for epileptic kids, especially if you are a rat.
That’s 16 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. I’ve been vegan. I’ve been a fat vegan. I ate Oreos and Sweet Chili Doritos because they were vegan. I also suffered from afternoon energy slumps after having my vegetable and rice lunch (with no fat, because you know, fat is bad for you).
I’ll take the tuna salad and pork rinds I had today for lunch over tofu and kale any day. I found his tone and pronunciation annoying. And I really hate the “preachy” tone a lot of vegans seem to have.
So I didn’t last 5 mintues listening to this guy.
All I could see was his pasty yellow looking skin. He seriously looked a bit sick.
@richard, care to contrast his points/references? Anyone else?

I did waste the time to watch this. My biggest question is: what is his point?? Just a vegan giving a PSA to warn people?? Frankly, I don’t give 2 cents what other people eat and how they treat their bodies. How is it anyone’s business to tell someone else how to eat? Go ahead, eat keto, eat vegan, eat the alcohol man’s diet, eat donuts and ice cream, eat whatever the H*ELL you want!! None of my business, and who am I to tell you what I think is right? Because it’s right for me, doesn’t mean I can tell you it’s right for you.
Jeez… dude… found your nose and it’s in my business. goodbye.
