you have powdered milk, and you have butter, and you have a blender, but you don’t have cream. so what does your desperate ass do?
one to two tablespoons of powdered milk, as much butter as you can fit in the top of a 1 pint blender, and some 90°C water. blend until frothy, and pour on your coffee.
warning: it’s probably not actually a keto recipe - i think to make it so you just reduce the powdered milk to one tbsp.
and yes now I’m sick from the amount of rendered fat. but it’s very unctious. please enjoy it.
