Extra supplements for a non veggie eater?

#1

Hi all! I’m a newbie, planning on starting this week! Will you comfort me and tell me it’s ok not to eat veggies?! The only “veggies” I like are corn and peas. I can stand green beans occasionally. Do I need to take any extra supplements if I’m only consuming meat and dairy? Thank you!!

IMO no. Go check out the ZC/Carnivore area - loads of info there.

One thing that I have learned with this WOE is that veggies really are overrated, and that we can get everything we need from animal sources.

Grass is what meat eats to get fatter.

LOL… well you will still lose weight but your probably going to feel like crap.

First thing i would say is fiber supplement pills so you dont get all bound up.

After that I would say figure out ways to cook vegetables that you like. You have to learn to cook on this diet if you are going to stick with it.

You can eat meat and cheese all day but its not going to be healthy.

Most veggies are your friends. I eat a lot of kale. You will also find that your tastes change and a lot of veggies become sweet tasting.

It boils down to one simple decision really. Do you want to eat junk or do you want to be thin?

As you learn to prepare food you will find that you dont have to give up much. I eat lots of pizza!
