I’ve done a couple 3 days and plenty of intermittent fasting. But I’m going my first 7 day. I’ve been stalled since December and I’m aiming to be out of the 200s by Mothers Day (only about 18lbs to go).

Keep us posted! You will find that days 4 and 5 get easier, after that you can just keep going.
Watch out for the mental thing! Beware of food porn as it makes the mental desires worse temporarily.
Can I just say I love the sleep I get while fasting? It’s so deep and complete and I wake up so fresh!! Feeling great today
