Egg Roll in a Bowl (aka Crackslaw)
10-minute easy/fast go-to meal. 4-8 net carbs for a huge bowl (1/4 of final dish) dependent on the cabbage mix, garlic volume, & other additions.

• 2 lbs ground pork (I use chicken & turkey too)
• 32 oz shredded cabbage (I use a coleslaw mix, the carrots add extra carbs, sliced cabbage works well too)
• garlic, crushed or minced, to taste, I usually add 1-2 tbsp, but I’m a garlic addict
• 1 tsp sesame oil (I know not keto, olive/avocado oil are fine, I like the added flavor)
• extra oil for browning if needed
• Bragg Liquid Aminos (soy sauce replacement, add to taste, I likely use ~ 2 tbsp)
• add any stir fry favorites

Brown meat in large pot with oil(s), add garlic & cook without browning garlic. Add cabbage & then aminos to taste. Cook over medium until wilted and cabbage is still crisp. Enjoy!

I just made the first recipe but used grilled dark meat chicken that I had in the freezer and I cut the hot pepper sauce by 1/3. It was perfect - just enough back heat but not burn you lips off hot.

I don’t know why it took me so long to make - freaken amazing!
