Egg Bacon Cheese Cups

Awesome breakfast recipe.

12 eggs beaten lightly
12 strips bacon cooked
1 cup shredded cheese

Line each cup in a twelve muffin tin with a slice of bacon. Then pour egg mixture in until 3/4 full. Then sprinkle with cheese. Preheat oven to 400 F. Bake for 15 minutes. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
