how long do you wait after having buttered tea to eat breakfast or brunch?
Should I wait or just go and ahead and eat?
Sometimes I"m not that hungry, othertimes I am.
FYI, I used 1 T coconut oil, 1 T kerrygold and ! t whipping cream.
