Easy Way To Take 8g+ of Cinnamon/Turmeric any probably any powdered or finely ground spice

I put a tablespoon of softened coconut oil in a bowl, a tablespoon of cinnamon, mix it into a dough then put it in the mouth. Sorta split it into separate globs and wash down with a beverage. Repeat with turmeric. 8g of each, twice a day like that

that is an outrageous amount of cinnamon and tumeric, both of which are toxic in high doses. Why on earth are you taking so much?

A lot of people mega dose it when they have chronic inflammation and want the results (kinda) of an NSAID. Works, typically doesn’t taste too good though!

Up to six grams daily of cinnamon in both studies.

Curcumin at up to twelve grams a day.

Less of that and more “I’ll take a set dose by volume a day to hedge against variability in active compounds”. Well aware of possible side effects and have an eye out for them.
