Easy Keto recipes?

(Daniel Grime) #1

I’m a bachelor with very little cooking skills. What are some easy to make Keto recipes for dinner? Currently I eat either steak, chicken, or bacon every night, and would like to get some more variety in my dinner meals. Thanks in advance.

Hi Daniel.

If you have a slow cooker, you can cook pork or beef roast or even a whole chicken while you are at work. If you have an oven, it’s quite easy to season the above meats and cook them in the oven for an hour or two. You can also cook pork chops or ribs in the oven. To figure how long to cook these things and at what temperature, you can google the information. In fact, you can learn how to make just about anything with google. It just takes some confidence, the right ingredients and following instructions.

I do cheap and easy keto meal preps based on the proteins that are on sale in a given week.

Otherwise, my pantry list is mostly geared around lazy microwave recipes.

The Diet Doctor website also has heaps of recipes, many of them pretty simple:

I don’t cook elaborate meals either. They are clean but pretty basic and don’t take very long. I love Italian Sausage links, cheeseburgers, chicken salad, already cooked shrimp dipped in butter, a salad with all kinds of stuff on it (eggs, cheese, olives, bacon, etc.) with bleu cheese dressing, broccoli with butter and cheese, etc.
