Easy Keto Curry

Fry Leg of lamb chopped into stew meat or chicken thighs (skin on bone in)
Add from Blender: Garlic, Ginger, Serranos, Tomato, Onion
Add Spice mix: Cayenne, Cumin, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt, Pepper
Add coconut milk, butter, greens: spinach, chard, other vegetables you like
When done sprinkle garam masala, yogurt, and cilantro on top
Serve with cauliflower rice
Takes some experimenting to get the proportions you like
