Easy crack slaw

1lb ground beef-browned with some soy sauce and seasame oil

-3/4 head cabbage, shredded
-4 green onion sliced
-4 cloves garlic
-2T fresh minced ginger
-Avocado oil
-Soy sauce or coconut aminos
-Seasame oil

Sautée the green onion, garlic, and ginger in a wok or big pan with the avocado and seasame oil. Add soy sauce or coconut aminos. Add cabbage until wilted. Add the cooked ground meat. Adjust seasonings as needed.

I made it with some chicken thigh meat I had grilled then froze for later. It was outstanding…

And, yes, it needs a little chili garlic sauce. I added a tsp or so and it was perfect for us.
