Drago's famous charbroiled oysters

recipe

Ok, first of you probably know from reading the forums that Oysters have some carbs, about 3g per 6 medium Oysters. I figure if im going to have incidental carbs they should come with a real reward. These things are fantastic. Their taste will blow your, and any guests mind, they are that good. I’ve seen this duplicated in the oven, on shallow muffin pans making it much easier to prepare and very little lost to taste.

If you make these for friends, they will be eaten too quickly for you to worry about over eating and blowing keto

I’ve eaten Oysters all my life, , raw Oysters, Oyster dressings, etc. but from the first time these morsels hit my mouth I was sold. It has a unique taste, and I have see people who “never eat oysters” because they don’t “like their taste” shamelessly:grinning: fight for the last one. …:grinning:

Jay, I’m with you, there. My wife and I are big on oysters, too. Have been to New Orleans many times, and hit it once again last March for a good romp through 10+ oyster joints. I like them charbroiled, but seasoning overcomes the delicate flavor of the oysters themselves, in my opinion, and we mostly get 'em raw.
