Does green tea make anyone else ravenously hungry?

I never thought of the caffeine being an issue. I don’t know about the black coffee by itself because I just don’t want it. It tastes too bitter even with the salt in it to cut the bitter. Maybe I have super taste buds I’ve heard some people have… but I don’t think so. I think I’m just sensitive to certain things.

I went off the rails over the entire holiday season and then some. Right now I’m back to eating whole real foods, but I can’t say I’m keto because I’m probably more like 50g carbs a day. So I’m low carb trying to get back down to keto levels. The stress got me and it’s holding on tight. I’m taking things one day at a time.

I like different green teas, but I’m not a fan of the Matcha I’ve tried. The Matcha I tried had a heavy vegetable taste, but not in a good way. I don’t remember where I got it, maybe Teavana. Other than not liking the taste, I don’t remember noticing any effects.

But that doesn’t matter, it’s how it affects you. It doesn’t even matter if its an actual physical or a psychological affect. If you don’t like it or don’t like how it affects you don’t drink it.
