Do you like Swedish meatballs?

I’m terrible at recipes as I don’t usually measure.
I use any combo of ground beef, pork, lamb and veal. Spices are:
dill, cardamom, and caraway seed.
About 1tsp each per pound
Salt/pepper to taste
Eggs 1 per pound, hwc about 1/2 cup per pound
I roll and bake them half way then simmer in broth.
Add more spices and hwc to broth as desired
