Trader Joe’s has a great Almond/Coconut/macadamia Blend that is not refrigerated and only 30 cals a cup, and the lowest carbs i’ve seen on a nut “beverage” () CRON-O-Meter says 0 net carbs for 2 full cups (which I use in a high fat smoothie—the Fab Four smoothie from Body Love if anyone is curious)
