I’ve been low carb since the end of January and keto since about the end of February. I went through the induction stuff, carb withdrawl, keto breath, PISS and keto rash. Everything but the rash went away and it’s almost gone. I’ve lost considerable weight (~35lbs or so) and am losing about 3.5lbs/wk for the last three weeks.
Well last night/today I did an intermittent fast unintentionally. I got busy before work and had to decide do I eat or do I spin. I wasn’t "hungry so I spun for 350 calories like every other morning. Then I took a shower and got ready for work. During that time keto breath came back! So I guess I bumped my ketones higher than normal and have excess spillage into the blood. Do other people have this experience with their first IF?
