I’m not sure where they’re getting the high carb number from though… They’re probably including fibre in the number too, so you could probably take off 10-15g from their number, which still puts it at >20g of carbs. They also list sugars as 6mg and I think that’s a typo. 6g sounds more reasonable and if the sugar could be eliminated or reduced, this meal could be brought down to well under 20g of carbs.
