Yesterday was my rest day - the day after my 5 mile run. And all I wanted to do was eat! I snacked all day long. I stuck with all Keto fair, but I totally blew my TMAD that I was doing.

Body needs fuel after working hard. I used to get this the day after training legs until I made the connection and started eating after training.
