Day 8 and pretty miserable

I’m excited to get off the insulin roller coaster which attracted me to Keto.

I’ve hit my macros that are suggested by the keto calculator for 7 of the 8 days, with a slightly higher carb day (still only 10%) due to taking a long run.

I’m feeling lighter and my pants fit better, but I keep eating so much that my stomach will hurt. I’m just soo hungry. And I’m not sleeping well so today, with less than 6 hours of sleep, I feel awful.

I am also drinking an electrolyte drink every day and have added extra salt to foods.

Any other tips?

Patience and perseverance.
Sorry, I fought through it too for over 3 weeks and never really found a way to make it better. I just finally out lasted it.
