Day 3 of 4 Intermittent fasting. 8.6 lbs lost.
I gained 7 lbs in 1 week, although doing Keto, I was grazing and snacking on some days. I probably ate too much protein (was testing out my Sous Vide Chicken Wings) and consumed too much vegetable oil during family get togethers.
