Day 3 of 4 and am wonderfully melting!

Day 3 of 4 Intermittent fasting. 8.6 lbs lost.

I gained 7 lbs in 1 week, although doing Keto, I was grazing and snacking on some days. I probably ate too much protein (was testing out my Sous Vide Chicken Wings) and consumed too much vegetable oil during family get togethers.

Good thing we know how to CTRL+ALT+DEL

CONGRATS! It is wonderful to melt off the lbs. Keep on rocking it out!

read a bit about protein and why too much is mostly a myth…and I know a lot of others will jump on what I said here…but follow some research in your life and see where it leads you. We are so different but some physical body systems will ring true for each of us and we have to find what makes it all fit for us personally.
