Hey guys, ALWAYS keep a half gallon of pure water in the fridge with cucumbers slices in it for a refreshing change of pace from plain ole water. Now, am I just a crazy ole’ hillbilly from Virginia or am I on to somethin? I am a very strict macro keeper with my excel program with an extensive food/micro nutrient database. I have enjoyed a Southern tradition of home-grown dirt farming for years and with my Keto lifestyle, I developed an awesome Keto-Type ade. This being THE summer salad of 1.5 lbs. (680g) of Cucumas, maters and Vidalyer onions in a broth of 2 Tbs. ACV, (1)Tbs EVOO, cool water from the well and (2) teaspoons of Morton Lite-Salt. Oh, and throw some good black pepper on it too! This is always best when the veggies are home grown…except I’m not traveling to Georgia for the onions. I have a 186g serving with my OMAD/IF 22:2 every day. I drink 8 oz. of the “broth” with my Keto supper at, well suppertime. After each serving, I refill the bowl with water and add another (1)Tbs ACV and another teaspoon of Lite-Salt until…Oh, and good black pepper…until the veggies are all gone and then I repeat the batch. I stay in Ketosis and am losing weight by the buckets. My macro numbers don’t lie. this is very low n Carbs (5g) and Fiber (1g) and 116 calories. No sugar or nuthin else. Cool and clean.
