Curious, what kind of flavour & texture does the cricket flour contribute? Nutty, neutral, smooth? Is it dry in the sense that it can soak up a lot of liquid?

Dry. Does not absorb much. Earthy taste. A bit gritty by itself.
Not tasty, but neato. Lol
