Okay, so I’m no chef but I have enough friends who are watching what I’m doing and want to know what I’m eating.
So last night, I took 2 tbls of Coconut oil and sauteed some shrimp and chopped macadamia nuts. Added some Italian cheese blend, parmesan and heavy cream. Served this over Miracle Noodles. It wasn’t bad. Different…and pretty good.
