I made a copycat recipe of slaw that is served at a local BBQ place that people just seem to love. I got tied of paying for it considering the ingredients are pennies on the dollar. And it’s one of those forgiving recipes depending on the size of your veggies.
Take 1/2 head of cabbage, coarse chopped
Add 1 tomato, course chopped
Add roughly 2 heaping Tbs of Mayo
and .5tsp Celery seed and .5tsp Celery salt.
Mix well. Refrigerate.
Don’t overdo it on the mayo, you don’t want it sloppy and the cabbage makes juice too.
